million to $25 million or so. Because our fees in merger, acquisition, divestiture, and capital formation transactions are primarily based upon a success fee paid upon a successful closing, we undertake only those engagements where we believe we have a high probability of achieving our client’s goals. In engagements to provide financial advisory services, our fees are determined on a case by case basis.__
