Robert J. Jirovec
President

Mr. Jirovec has over 30 years experience as a CPA, president of a financial services company, and investment banker. He was formerly a partner with the international firm now known as Deloitte Touche, including an assignment as the National Partner in Charge of that firm's Emerging Business Practice, which served rapidly growing entrepreneurial companies. In 1996, he co-founded CJK Financial, LLC, the predecessor firm to CJK Securities, Inc, and he has been with CJK Securities Inc, since its inception.

David Busse
Managing Director

Mr. Busse has over 30 years experience in strategic planning, financial and investment analysis, and structuring transactions up to the $200 million range.  He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and has worked in investment banking on Wall Street, and in the finance department of two multi-billion dollar entities.  Mr. Busse has also helped scores of companies operating in a wide variety of industries prepare sophisticated strategic and financial business plans.

 

Patrick J. Watters

Mr. Watters has over 25 years of financial services and consulting experience.  He was a senior financial consultant with the securities divisions of three regional banks in the Midwest, and as the President of a consulting firm, he provided sophisticated management and financial consulting services to businesses of many different types, sizes and operating in many different industries.
